Windows defender real time protect. - Microsoft Community


windows defender real time protection won't turn on. tells me av app/prog. running. after uninstalled mcafee av system , still won't turn on , same message. ideas?  hidden files?

try using uninstallers (removal tools) common antivirus software - eset knowledgebase  root out mcafee bloatware deeper. 

but in many cases it's such horrible infection requires doing clean install windows 10   idea anyway if still factory install no tech enthusiast run in first place. 

you , keep best possible install exact extent stick steps, tools , methods in clean install windows 10.

short of can go on windows 10 performance , install integrity checklist - microsoft community make sure it's set correctly, optimized best performance , needed repairs done.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
