Alt / Alt Gr keys are not working on physical keyboard - Microsoft Community

hi

my asus laptop's alt , alt gr keys not working. happened when installed free software named iskysoft... program uninstalled, still shows in startup list ( deactivated though )

my on-screen keyborad works external usb keyboard. 

i have tried clean boot - no luck

i have reinstalled keyboard driver - no luck

i ran malwarebytes - no luck

i read lot of people ran problem, , have followed many suggestions, without succes..

the things can relate iskysoft installation or when restart pc, let me choose between win 10 ( disc 3 ) or...... win 10 ( disc 3 )... ??? somehow have 2 identical versions of win 10.. maybe thats ??

i did install iskysoft late november 2016, , when @ list of programs, no other programs installed near date.. 

any suggestions :-)

there lot possibilities why issue has occurred. isolate issue, have questions you: 

1. aside have mentioned, other troubleshooting steps have done far? 

2. have tried running hardware , devices troubleshooter? 

3. have tried updating drivers manually manufacturer's website? 

we suggest run hardware , devices troubleshooter and check if there's changes. to this, follow these steps: 

1. on search bar, type troubleshooting and hit enter. 

2. choose hardware , sound. 

3. click hardware , devices to run the troubleshooter. 

kindly post screenshot of result if in case troubleshooter did not resolve issue. 

let know how goes.
