App didn't start error on default apps! Permission - Microsoft Community
a few weeks did stuff , ended changing permissions on system file.
i had major problems after that, ran mediacreation tool , fine until discovered default apps wouldn't launch. every time try gives me message: app didn't start.
did research , found out problem permissions. (guess wasn't fine after all)
tried googling solution , found this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/kb/2798317 it's guide fix exact problem have, win8 , assumed work win10 tried it.
in guide says "add applications packages" in properties of c:/program files, c:/windows , c:/users, add thing c:/users!
in fact couldn't add in c:/windows or c:/program files permission-group-box. view them.
that said on both there existed all applications packages right permissions. think it's odd edit/add/remove on c:/users permission-group-box.
after default apps still not work!
i don't want clean reset, because have stuff downloaded! (games etc.)
please me! , thank in advance!

since have changed of device's permissions, affect way application behave on system. include how can change or view directories on system. suggest in reverting changes resolve issue. kindly refer links below see details on how can restore, refresh or reset pc. on how can backup , restore pc won't losing files.
