Need to LOCK desktop Icons to fixed position no matter what system, - Microsoft Community

issue explanation:

i'm really frustrated seemingly un-modifiable setting in windows 10 shifts desktop icons around

when make change system.  whether it's new software addition, removal of app or when need use second , third monitors.  i'm cad drafter , 15.9" screen on laptop not adequate needs when i'm not mobile.  when i'm home or @ work i'm connected 56" display via hdmi cable , connected a 32" monitor via vga.  because of level of detail need, these larger screens are a great time save i'm able run support programs and additional primary program extension windows necessity.

with said, need desktop icons remain locked, position want them stay @ times maintain an efficient work flow.  have change of 3 monitors primary monitor due different programs use.  i have gone far purchasing program claimed keep desktop icons locked positioned them.  didn't work , uninstalled when no matter what!   the icons/shortcuts i choose, place , position on desktop needed, must not move! ever reason @ time!!!!!!!

i am above average in computer programming , hardware skills  have read other posts on discussion site , many others.  i've attempted of prescribed solutions problem , none have worked.  please not refer me post on site or other site.  tried them , none worked.  please not suggest that right click mouse , change in menu. tried it, didn't work,  please not send me settings menu, themes or any of setting menu options because none of suggest in troubleshooting decision tree works either.   all of devices, hardware, drivers updated , completed last week yesterday.  can definitively and adamantly state this annoying problem windows 10 issue specifically.  not hardware or a third parties software.  i've spent on 100 hours in last months of research , dozens of resolution attempts to come conclusion so, not tell me refer pc's or software manufacturer resolve problem.  tried, done, failed resolve.

since i've given problem , backstory describing experiences plus the need; , since i've read dozens of these posts variety of issues i'm going crystal clear possible can pictures too!

question:

what system settings or backdoor modifications available me can semi-permanently lock chosen desktop icon fixed unmovable positions?  need setting, command or internal modification that override the feature in windows that automatically changes all desktop icons left side of main screen?  can please provide detailed command procedure correct deficiency in windows software? 

after changing "primary" or "main display" screen monitor 3 monitor 2 image below happens. 

i'm pissed right i've spent 2 hours putting post together.  sucks! please top software engineers me issue because different posts i've read of your entry level people in india have no clue people talking , provide troubleshooting techniques not relevant problem.  

please help, problem causing loss of income?

• have tried equal laptop's resolution extended monitor?
• have tried use different administrator account?
