Sign in problems - Microsoft Community


i have been having troubles signing onto computer using fingerprint or pin! last week stopped working both of them.  when went settings saw pin wasn't added anymore.  when try adding it, absolutely nothing!  since pin isn't registered, not allow me use fingerprint unlock.  please help!!

since still having issues using pin code login account, recommend create new user account (more administrator). after creating it, login new account , use microsoft account sign in , transfer of file locations. after that, reset pin new user account created, delete current one.

should need further assistance, don't hesitate us.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
