win 10 starts normally then after minutes begins to cycle the desktop - Microsoft Community


using win 10 home, 64bit on pc running months, , presumably having automatic upgrades.  yesterday subject problem began.  resetting of desktop appeared coincident spike of network activity, 1 spike each desktop reset.  let run hours.  no change.  have restarted several times.  have downloaded media creation tool, , ran startup repair program.  not fix startup.

suggestions?

know more concern. please provide following information:

  • can check date when computer got latest windows update?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?

meanwhile, recommend run windows update troubleshooter check if recent update applied corrupted , attempt fix it.

if still encounter same concern, suggest perform clean boot scan other errors , conflicts on windows 10 system may affect concern.

let know how goes.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
