Win 10 stuck on restarting - Microsoft Community

my computers keyboard randomly stopped working, so, after checking in case crumbs somehow got in keyboard or water got in there (even though don't bring drinks close computer), restarted it. warned me there program hasent closed yet, after waiting bit hit restart anyway. don't remember name of program remember didnt think important. stuck on restarting screen. have unplugged power try run battery out, last time did that, long story short, broke computer.

it dell inspiron 15 700 series 64 bit windows 10.

• can provide exact message on screen when turn on laptop?
• do hear beep codes laptop?
• were there changes made computer prior experiencing keyboard issue?
