window disappears before i can select anything - Microsoft Community


when click on cortana or action center icons in taskbar, , move cursor select something, mouse pointer moves out of taskbar area window disappears. i've been having press icon move cursor out window before pops up. it's extremely aggravating , want stop! please help!!

ok it's doing icons on taskbar. clock, battery, speakers, etc..

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
