Windows 10 100% disk usage even after reset - Microsoft Community


have reset whole pc. after trying in vein remove malware has plagued me. here's run down. i'm on older pc (originally windows 7) disk usage @ 100 time did , fluctuated @ 70-100 @ idle. downloaded malwarebytes, hitmanpro 3, , adwarebytes remove corruption in dell. upon removing said abominations whent south. couldn't run or open connect internet nothing worked. , after repeated failed attempts improve usage disabling , that. mean every possible tip find. reset blank slate of windows 10. yet still i'm in dark ages of 90s click , wait until loading done. because disk usage @ 100 @ idle. plz me salvage adventure in pc-dom.  what should or try. why running @ rate , how can tell if it's hardware related. ( don't think it because malware lil sugar pops of machine nimble lil beotch)

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
