Windows 10 Pro Crash - Not able to re-activate - Upgrade version from - Microsoft Community


hi,

i have upgraded licensed version of windows 7 pro windows 10 pro. yesterday windows 10 got crashed stating "critical process failed/died", couldn't able start same in safe mode. had re-install windows 10 pro! 

now not sure how re-activate windows! can help?

if win 10 install activated , have not changed hardware, can click on activate , installation check online servers, validate credentials, , complete activation

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
