Asus pc stuck on boot - Microsoft Community


hey. 

so i've had pc while now, , when try boot up, stays on boot screen. before ask, yes. did try automatic repair. not work. says preparing automatic repair , brings me black screen , stays there. please help. 

the things know hardware specs is asus laptop intel i3 core processor , runs windows 10 (which i've had while, has nothing it)

did try see if have restore point can revert or try getting safe mode?

start system, after asus logo disappears , windows 10 tries boot, press , hold power button down 5 - 10 seconds perform hard shut down

do twice

on third boot attempt, windows boot windows 10 repair environment, there can access startup recovery, safe mode, command prompt . . . etc.

go troubleshoot - advanced options - system restore, see if have recent restore point can revert to

if not have recent restore point, go troubleshoot - advanced options - startup settings, click restart.
upon restart press 4 boot safe mode, if can safe mode, backup data, reboot , see if system boots normally



Windows / Windows 10 / Power on or off a device / PC

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
