Computer hasn't shut down for 3 weeks - Microsoft Community


i have windows 10 home v10.0.15063 build 15063 8gb memory , close 7tb hard drives.

up until last windows update, fine.  now pc not shut down, if hold power button in.  i tell shut down , goes sleep believe because have tap power button come up.  i have left sit night , power light yellow when up.  display says no signal.  i have tried have found on web fix it, nothing has worked yet.

if laptop removable battery disconnect power pack , pull out battery.

if desktop pc pull mains plug while windows , running.



Windows / Windows 10 / Power on or off a device / PC

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
