Computer is changing my background colors - Microsoft Community


my computer changing background colors blue orange.  go background color settings , change them blue , when restart change orange.

what wrong , how can fix it?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
