Corrupted accounts - Microsoft Community


after  the latest update, pc went reboot loop, after reboots managed conclude or regress update, problems started. 

i no more able access admin account, cause go temporary one. tried create new one, after reboot impossible open first one... tried tip found on these forums of changing registry keys .new , .bak ,but may applied new account, cause old has .bak key. new account works first login, return corrupted, other account apparently gone. mean, folder still there , listed in control panel, impossible reach @ login , second account too. tried create new, third account, shares same problem first account: impossible reach. 

what might do?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
