Different sign-in accounts? - Microsoft Community

i have 1 outlook.com account, , one.  i have tablet , desktop, both latest version of windows 10.  i have subscription of office 365, use on both tablet , desktop.

but tablet , pc act twins separated @ birth, 1 raised alcoholic peasants in siberia , other raised  healthy middle class home in suburbia.

in trying grip on how onedrive works have had change password every time log either of two, or when trying off 1 drive logging on on pc @ office - use office 365 subscription.

at home @ desktop use more any, cannot white cloud icon reappear on taskbar.  all roads leading step on forums, files, discussions, , local gossip clubs lead through missing whiter cloud icon.  in other words, cannot anywhere.

i have use file explorer access onedrive folder on pc.

when drop folders there, not uploaded.  because ( think) fetch not enabled and/or 2 not linked.  i crawled though all forums, files, discussions, , local gossip clubs, , agaon pointed absent white cloud icon

then decide log out of local account , log in microsoft account.  remember, i have 1 outlook.com account, , one.  i have tablet , desktop, both latest version of windows 10.  i have subscription of office 365, use on both tablet , desktop.  i have not set other account in dealings microsft, office, onedrive.

now, security have confirm password (which had changed ten hours ago, , received conformation.  during these ten hours informed on tablet log office newly minted password, chose apainintheass.  (really.  not  close.  don't bother try hack me.]  this bids point: never log tablet outlook.com account.  i use local account.]    back pc - windows, or devil or, or coocle ghrome put me cycle of nirvana,  going fast.  i cannot point of logging "microsoft" account.  i have 1 email account in relations microsoft.  i have never divulged phone number nor used email address. regardless of corner turn, cannot log account on computer, , cannot enable fetch , cannot link onedrive on pc onedrive in sky, , cannot little white cloud stay on taskbar.  and hope accept taskbar modern word save spellcheck squiggle under it.

that brings me, finally, brethren, subject question:  are there different sign-in accounts?

if so, can consolidate them?  if how, please.  i hope road not go via white cloud icon supposed on taskbar isn't.
