Flickering Taskbar problem in windows 10 15063 editon - Microsoft Community


dear sir

i have problem regarding flickering on task bar after installing current edition of windows 15063 on thoshiba m305-s4822 lap top .

i have tried in installing display drivers sub files (intel mobile) , updating . out come same.

kindly me rectify problem.

windows 10 os comes "microsoft basic display adapter" video driver.

it located right clicking on device manager-display adapters-(your current video adapter)

choose "update driver"

choose "browse computer driver software"

choose "let me pick list ..............)

here's device mgr display adapter offers:

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
