icons of task manager missing - Microsoft Community


hello  today  i  noticed  that  the  icons  that  i  ahve  pin  in  task  bar  are  missing.also  i  don;t  have  the  option  with  right  clik  to  pin  icons  in  task  bar.the  problem  start  when  i  run  restore  health  command.also  i  have  two  issues.appears  a  message  :  the  rapid  mode  failed  and    the  restore  point  procedure  dont  complete  succesfully.i  have  bitdefender  2017

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
