locked photo on a Windows 10 pc - Microsoft Community

i locked couple of photos years ago ,and battling remove lock. how do it?

hi,

to unlock file in windows 10, kindly follow these steps:

  1. press windows + r open run.
  2. type regedit , press enter.
  3. browse hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\explorer\shell icons , delete 178 string value.
  4. if prompted, click yes confirm.
  5. close regedit , restart windows explorer.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
