START menu not working properly - Microsoft Community


starting 6 weeks ago whenever clicked 'start' not pinned apps , other operation options listed.  today control panel not listed. only: apps & features, power options, event viewer, system, device manager, network communications, computer management, windows power shell, task manager, file explorer, search run, shut down, , desktop.  if left  click on start   large blank square icon images come up.  have right click start desktop bring desktop app icons.   the  start menu empty except items listed above.

      there way restore start menu original format functional options?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
