Start Menu will not open - Microsoft Community


i running windows 10. when  click on start menu icon following message

the application has failed start because side-by-side configuration incorrect.

i same message when try access google chrome.

anyone have fix?

there several possible reasons why getting these issues when working windows 10 computer. 1 reason that the system files corrupted.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
