Unwanted new users showing up - Microsoft Community


two users odd names keep showing on system , can't read of .rtf or .doc files , have no idea come from.  i've deleted them come right back.  each time named differently.  right _tnrm , abnsqa1.

searching google comes nothing on names or of file names inside.

do have virus/malware problem or program on system doing , how stop?  this recent occurrence. running windows 10 recent updates not big 1 out.

based on information provided, suggest run anti-virus in computer check if virus or not seeing. may use windows defender if not have anti-virus.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
