Where did this Microsoft impediment come from it suddenly appeared on - Microsoft Community


i uninstalled unwanted app 3d builder , left these screens. covering cannot rid of them restore point has failed twice.  i cannot them , make smaller etc ultimate blue screen revenge uninstalling ms app.

what has happened m windows 10 allow happen.

it looks though setting is on -

settings,

personalisation,

start,

use start full screen.

you should able normal changing use start full screen off.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
