Windows 10 apps will not open - Microsoft Community


computer froze while accessing irs website. i'm able restart computer, no apps open per task manager. friend unable perform restore 2 dates on computer. computer 10 months old. ideas on how fix problem?

  • aside accessing irs website, did make changes prior issue?
  • which windows build using?
  • are receiving error message when you’re trying open apps?
  • how many apps having problem launching?

 

to know windows build, follow steps below:

 

1.  click start.

2.  select settings.

3.  select system.

4.  then click about.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
