Windows 10 automatic sleep function - Microsoft Community

i have hp laptop running windows 10 , hp desktop running windows 10.   until last ms update performed 3 weeks ago, working fine.

but of last update,  the timed sleep function no longer works.   can sleep both computers manually fine.  but when tell computers go sleep after specific period of time, not sleep.   screen goes dark @ correct elapsed time, computers keep on running.  

i have rebooted multiple times no affect.

has else seen this?   have recommendations fix or workaround?

to troubleshoot issue in windows 10 doesn't go sleep automatically, can check santosh_rai's answer on link. keep posted result.
