Windows 10 - Dialog boxes not showing in the foreground - Microsoft Community


there many user complaints , various posts problem, not seem addressed , handled:

in windows 10, when a program (such file explorer, internet browsers such firefox, ms office program) need issue dialog box prompting  user interaction, opens in background. means app appears freeze or "does not work". example, if proxy required on  network , firefox prompting login, appears behind web page trying open. firefox appears "waiting" , loads forever, never getting anywhere.

it appears microsoft apps behave correctly (internet explorer example).

this because every windows desktop app has been designed decades concept when dialog box shows user interaction in foreground. of course - else should show? reason weird change in windows 10 makes show wherever. microsoft - please  - cannot change behavior of millions of existing apps, has got reverted sensible normal behavior.

how can 1 tell microsoft problem? reported since a year , more, people resort autohotkey scripts , "dexpot" , kind of solution. isn't sufficient fix microsoft apps - millions of desktop applications cannot "fixed"? windows cannot change behavior on crucial  user interface issue, rendering applications virtual useless , constant annoyance ...?

is necessary? can expected, user-friendly behavior back? line have communicate this?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
