Windows 10 Error Message - Microsoft Community


the following message appears on computer: "your pc has run problem. we're collecting error info, , we'll restart you."

then-" preparing automatic repair "  then "windows defender offline" 

these messages keep running in above order.

how can fix that?

if not have recovery media, use media creation tool create it.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
