Windows 10 Experiencing stuttering when attempting to download files - Microsoft Community


i having problem windows 10 lag when download after 2 hours or more of up-time.

maximum download speed 20mb/s (megabytes not bits)
, system can move data internally 300mb/s without lag.

before 2 hours up, can download without lag @ all.

after 2 hours up, crippling system lag when download litteraly anything. (mouse, video, , audio lag @ same time when downloading, system experiences stuttering)

edit: people i've shown seem think trying download 2 hours @ time. not case. 2-hours time meant time computer had booted before issue present itself.

have solution this?

things have tried:
-change timer setting "false" via bcdedit
-change steam bootstrapper automatic
-ensured network drivers date
-updated .net framework 4.7
-cleared cache in multiple applications
-set manual page file size
-disabled several unnecessary services via service manager

-used windows memory diagnostic detect memory faults (no errors detected)
-updated window 10 1607 windows 10 1703 clean reinstall , redid previous performance tweaks.


system specs:
msi 990fxa rev 1.4 (with killer gigabit ethernet)
amd fx-8350 8-core cpu @4.0 ghz 1.36v
ram: 32gb corsair dominator platinum ddr3 @ 2133mhz 1.54v
gpu: 2x nvidia geforce 1080 gtx founder's edition evga hb sli bridge
psu: corsair 1000rmi 1000 watt gold rated modular psu
os ssd: kingston 120gb ssd
storage 1: seagate 1tb hdd
storage 2: seagate 1tb hdd
inatek 5 port usb 3.0 sata powered pci-e adapter card
x-sys 7-port usb 3.0 sata powered 5.25" front bay pannel (connects via inatek adapter card)
case: cooler master trooper

samsung 4k uhd monitor amd freesync

we know more concern.

1. have made changes in computer prior issue?

2. have tried updating drivers?

we suggest safe mode when start computer.

we waiting response.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
