Windows 10, firewall and Kaspersky loading issues - Microsoft Community


hi,

i have windows 10 on pc, kasperky was up renewal, not load, firewall not turn on , windows firewall service not working. pc slow. have beenonline kaspersky, can not seem work out..... frustrated!

any advice appreciated!

answers post should include minimum information.

1.  device type. ie pc, laptop, tablet, surface.

2.  os type, home, pro, etc

3.  current build.  go settings, system. about.  xxxxxx.xxx

4.  happening on computer,  boot, screen, app, etc

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
