Windows 10 nonresponcive unless task manager is open. - Microsoft Community


this week problem has started. mouse, windows key, etc are nonresponsive far activating window, or taskbar, etc. 
mouse move fine, , alt, ctrl, del work bring task manager , once task manager up, works fine.

some things have tried:

  • a full wipe of hdd, , reinstall of windows.
  • updated windows fully.
  • new mouse, activation/deactivation of touchpad. 
  • new mouse.
  • new ram.
  • new video card,
  • full reinstall of win 10 again.
  • safe mode.

no programs installed ever.

this occurring on new windows install.

it not hardware problem, other laptop has started doing also, , windows desktop machine.

we have issue, aunts pc has started same issue , 4000 miles away , lives alone.

has got idea might be?

i thinking must in update, or nature, because occurring on multiple pc's, makes of pcs, after full clean reinstall, hardware swaps, , more.it not seem me hardware, nor 3rd party software.

for better assistance, we'd ask following:

  • how did install windows 10? using iso or full version installation disk?
  • did install available updates after installation?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
