since last aug of last year,2016my hp p2-1310 has notbeen cd player. has fix nothing. microsofts update windows 8.1 windows 10. did not want upgrade windows 10 somehow did. computer saysconnect mirosoft afix beable use account.last week sent me e-mail fix problem, nothing,help

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
