Windows user account and possible corruption issues - Microsoft Community


hi,

i have been trying create new user account allow user log in computer running windows 10.

i receive "user profile service service failed logon windows 10" error message when attempting log in on newly created account @ login screen.

i have tried "regedit" fix (editing refcount , state in profilelist) has not resolved issue.

another online resource suggested trying winows' automatic repair, fails.

is able assist?

is there way can fix without having delete programs etc. ?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
