when start laptop, windows script host pop-up window mentioning script error.

i have been file, , right inside folder path specified.

i had scanned laptop using malwarebytes , windows defender still same. how should next

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
