Changing Text size only is gone after Creative Update - Microsoft Community

i visually impaired after cataract surgery , had application toolbars , titles fixed read them changing text in display settings in windows 10.  today after creative update, option seems gone, , text in title bars , toolbars , tips default small read.

i'd rather not change screen resolution 1680x1050 or scale 125 because may interfere narration software nvda. 

is there way this, or way 'change text only' controls back?  serious drawback handicapped users of microsoft windows 10....

thanks suggestions.  can find online ways before update, no longer present...can rollback previous update?

this can still done control panel, setting removed win 10 settings interface reason.

in search box type control panel select search results. in control panel @ upper right click next view , select large (or small) icons enable control panel items find , select display. in display, under change text size, click expand drop down list , select icons, expand font size drop down list , choose font size works you. can experiment changing font sizes other 5 categories if/as choose.
