..cant log windows says administration assess has been terminated need contact system administrator

  • when last time able log in pc?
  • did make changes computer's configuration prior issue?
  • are using school or company computer?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
