Have administrator account and user account with the same name - Microsoft Community


i have 2 accounts (i dont know how rid of 1 , use admin account) 1 admin , 1 user. both have same name , uses user account default. need delete files , it's not letting me because not admin. don't know , need help. says have full control (bottom account) still requires permission. can me?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
