I'm on Windows 10 suddenly I now cannot shut down my computer - Microsoft Community


i on windows 10 , , have found cannot shut down computer. go thru steps

but nothing happens.

update had failed , once ran again...it fixed issue.



Windows / Windows 10 / Power on or off a device / PC

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
