getting error in microsoft edge  "the server clicksad.online asking username , password. server reports 0x800700424. internet security damaged!!!! use access suspended." tells me call microsoft desk scams these days there no way calling number. antivirus finds nothing. fix this?

this error code 0x800700424 triggered if system detects malware, particularly when starting windows firewall. verify, can tell activity doing on edge browser triggered error message? also, antivirus did use check viruses? suggest running windows defender , tell results, further assess issue.
