SETX/? And XCOPY error in windows 10. - Microsoft Community

every time start computer window says select program , today decided click on 1 of them see whats causing pop click on notepad , text command line showed in notepad. , i'm wondering how can disable showing on startup. few weeks ago using command prompt format sd card way android , not sure if causing happen on start or entirely different. down below text showed in notepad.

check startup folder application that's causing issue. uncheck app , not launch on startup.

press winkey + r open run box

type or copy/paste following command click ok.

shell:startup

this open current user's folder

if there other users on computer, can type 

shell:common startup

this open all user's folder.
