Start Menu application issue - Microsoft Community


my laptop running on windows 10 pro. after recent update (windows 10 creators update precise), not able application start menu. works when double click .exe file, not start menu. there fix?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
