Windows 10 32 bit PC, Explorer crashing - Microsoft Community


i have pc windows explorer crashing. user is moving files 1 location on network another. pc randomly lock up, turn black , unresponsive. can issue ctrl alt delete , bring menu , task manager, tried reboot , after few minutes of trying brought me login screen. tried again there , same issue. did hard reboot , pc came fine. needing because 2nd time has happened. got ideas?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
