Windows 10 BSOD CRITICAL_PROCESS_FAILED and UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION - Microsoft Community


dear all,

about month , half ago started receiving occasional bsod unexpected_store_exception became more , more frequent january went on , past week i've started getting critical_process_failed quite when doing on windows 10 laptop.

i have used bluescreenviewer , bluescreens have been caused ntoskrnl.exe driver , 142970 address. should have came here asking month ago every time use laptop after few hours critical_process_failed bsod , laptop barely usable anymore have come ask help.

hi josh,

to concern regarding blue screen of death on computer, let me suggest boot computer safe mode update display adapters through device manager and see if issue persist.

please let know how goes assist further.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
