Windows 10 freezes on startup or when resuming from sleep or hibernate - Microsoft Community


everytime shutdown, hibernate  or sleep system, freez during startup. have tried reinstalling windows problem stil persists. kindly please.

  • what make , model of computer?
  • after reinstalling windows, have tried installing cumulative updates?
  • is there error messages when computer freezing?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
