Windows 10 Home x64 Crashes when installing Logitech and Corsair - Microsoft Community


both of these software packages exhibiting the same repeatable behavior.  attempt installation of software/driver packages , win10 locks completely.  no bsod. requires hardware reset.  i have tried easiest found solution  on net no avail. here because i'm frustrated , need help.

  1. how trying install software/driver packages, device manager or manufacturer's website?
  2. were there specific error message?
  3. were there changes made computer prior issue?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
