windows 10 notifications "Quiet Hours" disables USB "safe - Microsoft Community


the constant email popups distracting, being able down see if email might present. so turned on 'quiet hours', when click remove usb drive, no indication safe remove. really; ... seems system level request should priority on notification setting.

any way fix this?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
