Windows 10 Permissions Issues - Microsoft Community

when try save i've edited online or other, error saying don't have permission access folder, , asked if save doc or pictures , when click yes same error again.  i've read every single post , user , microsoft answer , don't know else frustrating , affecting ability work.

microsoft keeps giving same boilerplate suggested fixes don't work.
