Windows 10 update - now getting a "User Profile Service service - Microsoft Community


last night updated windows 10 laptop per ms scheduled update.  update process took ~ 2.5 hours.  now cannot log onto computer!  the message states:  "user profile service service failed sign-in." "user profile cannot loaded."

hi,

it sound frustrating. there might have been corrupted system files prevents logging in. if there's user in computer, able sign them in? if not, prepare blank usb flash drive or dvd @ least 5 gb of free space , create installation media referring article. if have one, use boot device , perform system restore.

let know how goes.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
