windows files deleted by virus - Microsoft Community


i have windows 10 home installed in laptop, when tried delete shrema virus end of windows files missing. don't have recovery usb or dvd. long as the laptop power on,  i able transfer files between usb , laptop, can open control panel tools in control panel not working. guess once turn power off, not able open windows again.

need help

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
