Windows Installer - Microsoft Community


i accidently uninstalled itunes on computer, when try reinstall error message:

there problem windows installer package. program required install complete not run.

please help!!!!

hi,

there may remaining files itunes needs removed installed again. remove remaining files previous program, can download troubleshooter fix problems blocks programs being installed. after running troubleshooter, restart device , check if concern persists.

let know if solution above works.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
