Contacts in Windows 10 Phone - Microsoft Community

so, on contacts, getting "attention required" error.  when click on account, takes me error message:

something went wrong

we can't sync "email address" @ moment.  we'll keep trying if isn't primary microsoft account......etc....and appears primary account , can't delete.

the "email address" looking cannot sync not email address @ - happening , how correct?  looking hotmail account - have outlook account......

also, on contacts - actual outlook email , calendar sync correctly
