Repairing Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

i recently started getting popup cmd windows no more second.  today managed catch "cannot find" before disappeared.  i got rid of trojan horse called infpotek.  also, under thread related read yesterday wuauclt.exe malware disguises actual windows 10 program updates windows 10.  as suggested, did search of computer , found 3 files when, according thread, there should one.  one in system32 folder should be.  the other 2 in sxs/amd64_microsoft-windows-w..wsupdateclient-core...and string of senseless letters , numbers.  one of them exact duplicate of 1 in system 32 in date , time of creation same: 9/26/2016, 2:57 pm, 25.7 kb.  the other 1 in directory created on 1/12/2016, @ 11:40 , 2.06 kb.  also, windows 10 not shut down.  even though click on "shut down" goes sleep mode or restarts.

i have 2 questions:

1. can delete 1 or both of last 2 files without creating more of mess have, , 2. think trojan horse may have deleted of updater files , shut down files.  i don't have windows 10 disc , can't afford one.  how can make repairs windows 10?  i can't afford $149 let microsoft it.
